~~ Equipped with: (6) Glue & dowel driving heads & (1) vibrator hopper each side, (6) outlet tubes each side, min. distance between injector heads 32 mm & max. 672 mm, (20 - 25) cycles/Min for dowels of 8 mm dia. and 30 - 40 mm long, right unit motorized.
~~ (5) Bottom vertical supports & (3) top vertical supports, each to be equipped with (2) boring blocks (swivel 0° - 90°), each boring block driven by 2 HP motor.
~~ All supports equipped with: Pneumatic locking, individual adjustment for boring block distance, LCD digital readouts on all heads & boring blocks.
~~ Boring depth controlled by a programmable Z-axis Servo drive that allows tight control of the boring depth, as well as the speed entering & exiting the panel; all spindles are at 32 mm centers.
~~ Complete with: NC 400 PLC Controller with a hand held pendant for remote machine control, double belt through feed conveyor with an additional removable powered center conveyor, pneumatic squaring, (6) top holddown clamps & (2) side holddown clamps. [Ref. BF-010506]
