Hopper Feed for louver stapling, drilling & pinning, and Hopper Feed for tilt rod for louver stapling; staples louver edge with 1/4 in. crown, K- or L-gauge staples; will attach louvers onto tilt rod with a 1/4 in. crown, K- or L-gauge staples. ~~ Programmable for standard louver widths from 1-1/4 in. up to 5-1/2 in. and tilt rod spacing is programmable with microprocessor; tilt rod length & louver width parameters programmable by the operator interface and microprocessor controlled. ~~ Drilling of both louver ends to accommodate pins with dual pin vibratory bowls are standard; accommodates both standard & tension pins simultaneously. ~~ Adjustable for louver lengths from approx. 4 in. to 38 in.. ~~ System will accommodate 5/16 in. to 1/2 in. thick louvers and can be configured to handle flat & tapered louvers; accommodates both wood & polywood materials. ~~ Configured with commercially available SENCO SLS-20 staple guns; 90 PSI air is required at 20 CMF to run machine. ~~ System capable of performing off-center tilt rods.
