Message :	I lived in Acapulco Mexico a few years ago and was always troubled by the garbage, especially plastic, that was piled up all over that city and the country as a whole. I have been trying to come up with a product idea and a way of recycling materials to make the product and try to solve this very ugly problem. I've thought of making cinder block, railroad ties or lumber. I need help finding info on the net. There was a fellow from Texas on TV who uses all plastics to make ties. I can't find info on him and his process. There was a fellow on American Inventor who makes cinder block. Can't find him. I have very little business experience, but some $$ to invest and an overwhelming desire to clean the Planet up. Where do I start? Where do I go? Please help. I've spent hours searching the net but have come up empty and confused. Thank You
