Details :	China has become a major player in the international tire industry and is playing a great role in the global tire industry. But in recent years as the raw material price increases, national macro-policy constraints as well as foreign trade friction and increased technical barriers, especially impact of the ¡°Special Protectionist Tariffs¡± in 2009, tire industry is facing a tougher situation. And it is foreseeable that more and more barriers to trade will affect the tire industry. ¡°2nd Annual Tire Technologies Congress¡± will focus on the cutting-edge tire technologies and trends, interpret industry legislations and regulations globally.
