Annual Contract - PVB Trim 4 locations.
Windshield PVB Scrap (baled) shall consist of Polyvinyl Butyl (PVB) recovered from windshield recycling operations, compressed in secure bundles with an minimum weight density of 20 lb./cubic foot. We are sending out a Request for Proposal for our post industrial trims. We are looking to continue selling our Trims to a partner that would purchase 100% of our PVB Trims from June or July 2024 to May or June 2025. This company would purchase our trims from 4 Locations: 2 in Indiana, 2 in Tennessee This material would be supplied in FIBC bags, labeled with the weight in kgs or lbs. You would provide transportation. You could contract with a partner logistics company to pick up the material when it is ready. This transportation could be truck load, container load, or less than truck load. Payment should be made in the first 10 days of the month, subsequent to pick up. We will provide a BOL, and Pro-forma invoice listing weights and types of trim. Listed are averaged volumes by PVB Type by month and on and averaged basis. Our selling price can be different for the different types of materials. Standard Material Single layer clear material for Windshields Clear Acoustic Material Two layers of standard material sandwiched around a harder interlayer Clear in color For windshields and laminated side glas Solar Acoustic Material Two layers of standard material sandwiched around a harder interlayer, has solar particles in it for UV protection Is clear on the windshield, but has a slight greenish hue from the solar particles For windshields High Strength Material Has two layers of standard material around PET core For laminated side glass Mixed Material Could be any material including colored or shade band material. No standard clear (single layer pictures are not currently available). But it is the highest value material for trims. We are looking for a response by June 12th.
