Horizontal & vertical drilling machine NB-127. ~~ Workpiece dimensions: Panel lengths of 250 mm (9.84 in.) - 3,000 mm (118.11 in.); panel width of 200 mm (7.87 in.) - 800 mm (31.49 in.); max. panel thickness of 30 mm (1.18 in.). ~~ Equipped with: (5) Bottom vertical units,(2) 11-spindle chucks on each head; (2) motors (2.5 HP - 3,450 RPM ea.). ~~ All boring heads rotate 90 deg., boring stroke speed controlled by air flow valve, bottom units have an adjustable workpiece support bar. ~~ Horizontal boring units (left & right) with boring depth control screws, (2) 11-spindle split boring block each side, driven by (2) 2.5 HP - 3.450 RPM motors. All vertical & horizontal spindles are on 32 mm centers. ~~ Capacity & limitations of vertical boring units: 7.6in.Min. distance between supports, 6.3 in. min. & 23.9 in. max. distance between boring units. ~~ Complete with: (5) Double cylinder pneumatic holddown clamps, (2) laterally adjustable transport belts, foot pedal control for manual operation of machine for setup purposes, all measurements read on LED display for fine tuning adjustment, dust transfer auger screw & belt system. ~~ Options Include: (7) 11-spindle drilling chucks, (9) 15-spindle drilling chucks (note: some chucks require repairs). ~~ Actual model is MAW/NOTTMEYER NB-127.
